Frequently Asked Questions

1

How do you determine whether a mentor and mentee are a good match?

Each Mentor and Mentee will receive a complete pre-match screening from the program coordinator or a member of the advisory team. During the pre-match screening phase, the mentor and mentee will receive a face to face interview and be required to complete a questionnaire. The results from the pre-match screening is used as a tool to determine who would be a potential good match. The program coordinator will have frequent contact with mentors and mentees monitoring the match to assure it is a successful match for both parties.
